Crafty Sentiments Designs New Challenge

Hello friends, its Tuesday and you know what that means.  We have a new challenge over at Crafty Sentiments Designs.  This week it's anything goes and I am using Halloween Bride which is apart of this month's new release.  I am in the treat box making mood and decided to make a treat box with this image.

I decided to use the new Matilda and Godrey designer paper from Photo Play to create my treat box.  I colored the image using copics and cut her out using a stitched oval die from my favorite things. I die cut the scalloped treat box from Jaded Blossom.  I layered a web die cut from La La Land crafts behind the image.  The fence is also from La La Land Crafts and I layered those behind the image as well.  I added some treats to a bag and tied the bag using some cute spider ribbon.  I finished the treat box off by adding the sentiment from Jaded Blossom.

Copic Colors used:
Skin: E13, 11, 00, 000
Hair: B41, 100, C9, 7, 5
Orange: YR04, Y38, Y08
Green: YG67, 63, 03

That's all I have for you today, thanks for stopping by.  Don't forget to check out Crafty Sentiments Blog to see what the other ladies created for this week's challenge.  Talk to you soon!

Papernest Dolls Ellie with Scarecrow

Hello friends, we made it to the weekend.  Woohoo, I was ready for the weekend mid -week and we are finally here. Today I am sharing a z-fold box card using Papernest Dolls Ellie with Scarecrow.  She is too cute and a great addition for any fall projects.  I had so much fun creating this card to showcase Ellie with Scarecrow.

I colored both images using copics and used my brother scan and cut to cut out the images.  I decided to use doodle bug flea market paper collection for this card.  This paper collection just went perfect with this cutie.   I used various die cuts from jaded blossom to layer through-out the card.  I stamped the sentiment out and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.  I placed the sentiment in the wooden barrel with the other layered die cuts.

  Copic Colors used:

Fall Coffee Blog Hop

Hello friends, its that time of the year.  Yep, Fall season starts in a couple of days but its time for the Fall Coffee Blog Hop.   You can check out all of the details on the coffee lover's blog.    I look forward to this blog hop each season because I get to create projects based on my favorite drink COFFEE.  I decided to create a k-cup holder and using Cool Beans Luka from La-La Land Crafts.

I stamped the image out on copic x-press it card stock and colored him up using copics.  I cut out the image using my brother scan and cut.  I created the box using a tutorial I found on Facebook. I cut out the k-cup insert using my circuit.  I used the amber moon collection by prima to layer on the box.   The pumpkin border and wooden sign were cut out using Jaded Blossom dies.  The sentiment is also from Jaded Blossom called Happy Fall.  I added all of the elements on the belly band so that the recipient can re-use the box if need be.

Copic Colors used:
Skin: E13, 11, 00, 000
Hair: E37, 33, 31
Green: BG99, 96, 93, 90

Cup: W3, 1, colorless blender

This little gift set is off to a special friend and I hope that they enjoy as much as I enjoyed creating it.
